Welcome to Rematch ("Rematch," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile application operated by The Rematch Team. Rematch is a social sports match platform designed to connect athletes and sports enthusiasts for organized matches in racquet sports, primarily focusing on Padel, with expansions planned for Tennis, Badminton, and Pickleball. By downloading, accessing, or using the Rematch mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, such as creating or joining matches, you must create an account. You may register using Apple Single Sign-On (SSO), Google SSO, or manually with an email address and password. During registration, you will provide basic profile information, including your name and contact details.
Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is inaccurate or incomplete.
Skill Assessments: The App uses an Athletic Competition Rating (ACR) system for skill assessment and tier-based matching (Beginner to Advanced). By participating, you consent to the collection and use of data related to your performance for matching purposes.

The App offers two game modes: Casual (flexible) and Competitive (strict skill matching), with customizable scoring (Traditional, Americano, Mexicano) and acceptance settings (Open, Host Approval, Closed).
Location Services: The App uses location-based discovery to find matches and venues near you, including featured recommendations with ratings and pricing. By enabling location services, you consent to the collection and use of your location data.
User-Generated Content: Any content you post, such as match details, profiles, or communications, must comply with these Terms. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the App.

Venues: Venue recommendations are based on user data and third-party information. We do not own or operate venues and are not responsible for their conditions, pricing, or availability.
Disclaimers: The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from matches, venues, or interactions.
Release: You release us from any claims related to disputes with other users, venues, or third parties.
The App, including its design, features (e.g., ACR system, match wizard), branding (e.g., green theme, "Rally good to see you!" slogan), and content, is owned by the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but these Terms' provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
